WHEN TO PRINT TICKETS?

You can print your tickets from 10h00 on the day of the draws. Ticket Bin closes 15 minutes before each draw.

Last Draw Date: Thursday, 31 July 2025.

Remember to print your tickets every draw day that you visit us.
Tickets printed for this weeks draw will not be accepted in the following weeks Draw.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?

Every hour from 19h00 until 21h00 a ticket will be drawn and announced, if your ticket has been called out you are the lucky patron who gets to choose a vault to open and reveal your prize.

WHAT DO I WIN?

You stand a chance to win Sandton City Shopping Vouchers.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Participants get Tickets by:
  • For every 300 gaming points earned in 1 week until the draw day you will get 1 ticket.
  • Entry tickets are capped at 10 tickets per patron.
  • To earn 10 tickets an estimated total of 3000 gaming points needs to be earned.
  • Tickets are not rolling tickets; the Patron will need to earn tickets every week for each draw.
  • Tickets will be printable only on the day of the draw.
  1. Earned tickets are only valid for the daily draws, the patron will receive tickets for each draw date using the above criteria. Tickets earned in one period will not be carried over to the following draw. Therefore, tickets will have to be earned and printed for each draw day. The first Draw will take place on Thursday, 05 June 2025 at 19h00 until 21h00.
  2. Ticket earning will be the same across all tiers due to the tickets being entered into one manual draw bin.
  3. 10 individual entries can be entered per person per draw day.
  4. Guests must use their Tsogo Rewards cards at the eHost on draw dates in order to print their tickets and enter the draw.
  5. Tickets may be entered from 10h00 until 15minutes prior to each draw time on the day of the draws.
  6. Draw entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
  7. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random ticket selection draw. Draw times and dates; and ticket criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  8. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Draw bin opens at 10h00 the day of the draw and closes 15 minutes before each draw begins.
  9. One participants will be selected by a way of a manual draw selection every hour on the hour at 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00. A total of three participants will be selected every draw day.
  10. Qualifiers can only be drawn once for each draw date but may however be drawn again at the following days draw. Therefore, if the qualifier/participant’s ticket is drawn at 19h00 that participant will not qualify for another spot/position in the same draw day, a redraw will take place in the instance where the same participant is drawn again in the same draw day.
  11. Each participant drawn will have the opportunity to choose from the three podiums every hour. After choosing their podium they can reveal what they have won (cash prize). Each hour only one contestant is eligible to win the prize.
  12. There will be 3 vaults with one or more envelope/s in each. Each envelope will contain a shopping voucher worth different amounts.
  13. MC / Manager will prompt the contestant to choose one of the 3 vaults, once the contestant has chosen a vault the MC / Manager will then announce the prize and hand over the voucher.
  14. Patron has the opportunity to pick a second vault. The Patron can win more or less than the amount that was originally won in the first vault selected. Once the second vault has been opened, they cannot win the original prize from the first vault they picked.
  15. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Tsogo Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
  16. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  17. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, The Marco Polo shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize at the Customer Service Desk.
  18. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  19. The prize winner must claim the prize at the Cash desk on the day of the draw.
  20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management; The draw can be rescheduled and or moved.
  23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
