The draw will take place on Mother’s Day, 12 May 2024 at 18H00.

- A Manual draw will take place at 18H00 on 12 May 2024.
- Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or a Tsogo Rewards card belonging to them; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- 1x Free Ticket will be allocated for the draw on 12 May to Active female Marco Polo Tsogo Rewards cardholders who were active from 1 April 2024 up to 10 May 2024.

- Participants in the draw may only be drawn once. A re-draw will take place if a participant is drawn and is not present at the draw.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw dates and/or times.
- Prizes must be used before the expiry date of the voucher.
- Voucher cannot be swapped for cash at The Marco Polo or at Sorbet.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
