PROMOTION RULES

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants get Tickets by:
   – Actively playing on the gaming floor from 1 April 2025 until 17 April 2025 to earn tickets.
   – For every 500 gaming points earned on the draw day you will get 1 ticket.
   – Entry tickets are capped at 10 tickets per patron.
5. Ticket earning will be the same across all tiers due to the tickets being entered into one manual draw bin.
6. 10 individual entries can be entered per person on the draw day.
7. Guests must use their Tsogo Rewards cards at the eHost on draw dates in order to print their tickets and enter the draw.
8. Tickets may be entered from 10h00 until 15minutes prior to the draw time on the day of the draw.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
10. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random ticket selection draw. Draw times and dates; and ticket criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Draw bin opens at 10h00 the day of the draw and closes 15 minutes before each draw begins.
12. Three participants will be selected by a way of a manual draw selection at 20h30 on the 17 April 2025 at The Marco Polo.
13. Each participant drawn will have the opportunity to choose from the three boxes placed on podiums. After choosing their podium number they can reveal what they have won inside the Box.
14. There will be 3 podiums on the gaming floor with a box on each. The box will be opened and will state the prize won and a cash voucher to redeem at the cash desk, a voucher to use in the mall along with an easter egg hamper will be given to each winner.
15. MC will prompt the contestant to choose one of the 3 podiums, once the contestant has chosen the podium the MC will then announce the podium number and reveal the prize.
16. The 3 contestants will be called one after another. The first person to get to the podiums will pick first, the second person to get to the podium will pick second and the third person will automatically get the last available podium.
17. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Tsogo Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
18. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
19. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize at the Customer Service Desk.
20. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
21. The prize winner must claim the prize at the Cash Desk on the day of the draw.
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management; The draw can be rescheduled and or moved.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

FACEBOOK COMPETITION RULES

1. The competition is open to South African citizens only.
2. Any person/s who has entered.
3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants can activate their entries into this competition by spotting all the hidden Easter eggs, commenting with the eggs-act number and tagging The Marco Polo with #EggHuntAtTheMarcoPolo on our Facebook page.
5. The Marco Polo is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering this competition, you agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy, and which can be viewed at https://www.tsogosun.com/privacy-policy/
6. The competition closes on 16 April 2025 at 00h00.
7. The prize winners will be selected by way of a random manual draw on 17 April 2025 at The Marco Polo in Gauteng. The winners do not need to be present and will be contacted on the day of the draw. A social media post on the The Marco Polo social media page will also be published on the day of the draw once consent is received from the prize winners.
8. Only 1 winner will be selected from the combined entries by a random manual draw.
9. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
10. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
11. Winner is requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 48 hours of the notification.
12. The winner will have 17 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Customer Services Desk at The Marco Polo within operational hours and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
13. If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 17 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
14. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. The prize is for 1 person only.
16. The prize excludes transport to and from The Marco Polo.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
19. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
